What's included in your services?

  • Branded Email: Want your assistant to use your company's domain as their email address? No problem! This is optional but included in every plan.

 
How do I sign up?

We like to have an introductory conversation with you to hear more about your specific needs. This can be done over the phone, video chat or email. Once you've chosen a plan we will send you a contract and connect you with your assistant. 

 
How much does your service cost?

Our monthly pricing plans can vary depending on client requirements. Please submit an inquiry here detailing your specific needs or click here to see our custom plans. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

 
How do payments work?

A monthly invoice will be sent to you with a link to pay via PayPal.

 
When is my assistant available?

Monday through Friday, 9a.m. - 5p.m. Assistants are offline during evenings and weekends. However, you can send tasks at any time. If your request is sent after hours, your assistant will respond to it the next business day.

 
Will my assistant work on Holidays?

We observe major U.S. holidays. Your assistant will be offline on these days.

  • Thanksgiving

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

 
Do my hours roll over?

As a monthly subscription service, hours do not roll over from month to month.

 
How is my sensitive information stored?

We use a program called Lastpass to secure all client information. Lastpass is a highly encrypted, cloud-based data storage with two-factor authentication. We suggest giving any sensitive information to your assistant over the phone who will then store your data securely in Lastpass. To learn more about Lastpass click here

 
What is your cancellation policy?

We would hate to see you go, but if need be, please give us a 30-day notice by emailing us here.
